Routine Appointments – £40
Routine appointments are usually suitable for ongoing nail and skin care.
Home Visit Appointments – £45
I am happy to visit you at home, in the hospital or a loved one in residential care.

Routine appointments usually last around 30 minutes.
Some appointments may be shorter or longer depending on your individual treatment needs.

Yes.
I offer both clinic appointments and domiciliary (home) visits within approximately 10 miles of Newport, subject to availability.

Ideally, yes.
Removing nail polish beforehand allows me to fully assess the condition of your nails.
If nail polish is left on, I do not provide varnish removal and will preserve it as much as possible while carrying out treatment.

Yes.
I have undertaken additional CPD training in diabetic foot care and am currently completing my Podiatry degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
I provide diabetic foot care for patients considered low to moderate risk, along with preventative advice and ongoing monitoring.
If I identify anything requiring specialist input, I will advise you appropriately or refer you to the relevant healthcare professional.

Yes.
I provide conservative treatment for ingrown toenails.
At present I do not administer local anaesthetic or perform nail surgery.
Once I obtain HCPC registration as a Podiatrist (expected Summer 2027), I intend to offer partial and total nail surgery with or without phenolisation, subject to the necessary training and insurance.

I do not currently offer verruca treatments but can recommend practitioners who provide the latest evidence-based treatment options where appropriate.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

Yes.
You are welcome to bring one companion or chaperone if required.
As the clinic room is compact, I kindly ask that only one accompanying adult attends.
For safety reasons, please do not bring children under the age of 10 unless they are the patient being treated.

The clinic is located at street level within Burlesque Hair Co.
Wheelchair access is available through the front entrance.
If you use a wheelchair, please let me know before your appointment so I can ensure the treatment room is fully accessible.

Please check in at the salon reception.
The salon staff will ask you to take a seat, and I will collect you at your appointment time (or as close to it as possible).

Parking is available at:

Broadway (free on-street parking, subject to availability)
Blue Badge holders may park on double yellow lines where it is safe and legal to do so.

If you are running late, please telephone the clinic as soon as possible.
If you arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, I will do my best to see you, although your treatment time may need to be shortened and the full appointment fee will still apply.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Yes.
I qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner in 2022 after completing the SMAE Institute Diploma, the UK's only university-approved Foot Health Practitioner diploma.
I am fully insured and am also a final-year Podiatry student at Cardiff Metropolitan University, continually developing my knowledge and clinical skills.
I also hold a clear enhanced DBS certificate.

Please wear trousers that can be comfortably rolled up to your knees, as this will allow me to carry out a full assessment of your lower limbs if necessary.
